My mission is to support my clients in a natural way to help them get through aches and pains, depression and/or anxiety, and to calm the mind, body, and spirit. I provide both treatment and relaxation massages to best meet individual goals. I was inspired to become a licensed massage therapist because growing up I saw the people who I loved living in daily chronic pain. I saw how pain affected their lives. I watched as pain had affected their relationships, the ability to do things that they loved to do, and the struggle to do daily activities because of the pain that they lived in. I was not able to do much as a child, but it had started a passion to help other people. It is my passion to help relieve pain and to make people feel safe and cared for. The best way I could find to help others was though massage.
