I am a self-employed sports recovery & massage therapist practitioner with previous experience as a personal trainer.
Taking an exercise science approach, I tailor my massage sessions based on what your body does in your everyday life or chosen sport and what I feel as I work to promote long lasting results and keep you feeling better, longer!
I use a heated table and heated lubricants to help your muscles relax and take in the work at a deeper, more meaningful level.

I will openly say I am a self proclaimed massage snob. Specifically deep tissue. Chris has magic hands and gave consistently deep pressure while keeping me completely relaxed! I loved how he gave me a full body massage but made sure to spend extra time on the areas I specifically wanted to focus on. It was truly the best of both worlds with muscle and stress relief. His studio is spotless which kept me completely at ease during the pandemic. I can’t wait to book my next treatment and will be referring my friends, especially my athletic friends!

After a long week and few hard days at the gym, this was the perfect massage before the weekend.
This 90 minute massage was my third from him and second after the covid-19 pandemic and I am very appreciative of his care in keeping his studio clean and safe. I also really like his new percussion gun which let him get deeper into and around my shoulder which had been bothering me.
I would (and have) highly recommend(ed) his massage services.

Over the top with his “scheduling” restrictions. To accommodate, I scheduled a week in advance and then he tried to cancel the appointment the same day because he was going grocery shopping. He was listed as a provider who could come to me when I typed in my address, but when I told him the address he said it was out of his service area and I had to “talk him into” making an exception. The massage was $180 for a 90 minute Swedish, higher than all his competitors. He was not friendly at all and acted like I was an imposition. The massage itself was average at best which surprised me considering the price. I tried once to give the benefit of the doubt and give him one more chance, but I was ignored when trying to schedule. After all this, I got multiple e-mails from him saying he was having financial difficulties and asking if there was anything about our prior appointment he could work on. Finally, I texted him and expressed my confusion about why I was getting requests for more bookings when he clearly wasn’t interested in working with me based on his behavior. That was the last I heard from him. It was definitely not worth the trouble for the quality of massage I received for an inflated price.
