Hello! I am Amy Hundley and my focus as a massage therapist is to help you live your life without aches and pains! My massage work is a mix of deep tissue and soothing light pressure techniques to relieve pain and improve function in your muscles and joints. Having worked in clinical and resort settings I enjoy providing an experience that is educational and functional while also being a relaxing retreat.

Being located in a private suite at My Salon Suites allows for a one of a kind experience. Go straight from your car to the massage room. There is no waiting room or reception desk. Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy takes a toll on the body, massage can help alleviate the strain put on the back, hips, feet, etc. Massage has been shown to increase circulation, reduce swelling, and alleviate stress and anxiety. During pregnancy a mothers blood volume doubles, it is for this reason that deep pressure is not allowed. Prenatal massage is done in two positions; side-lying with pillows and cushions to ensure your comfort and sitting up supported by my folding table and pillows.

I have been a licensed massage therapist since early 2014. After attending Indiana College of Sports and Medical Massage I went straight into working with a chiropractor, helping people heal after injuries or reduce chronic pain. This is what I most appreciate about massage, being able to help heal and bring relief from pain and ailments.
I then moved to Orlando, Florida and worked at a Massage Envy and started to incorporate more relaxation techniques into my practice. Now my massage style is more of a blend of relaxation and problem correcting techniques. Another move took me to Key West, Florida where I worked in a resort spa and my massage style became even more focused on spa treatments and relaxation, but I never forgot my roots in medical massage and injury rehabilitation.
