Thai Massage

Thai massage is practiced fully clothed on a padded mat on the floor. This traditional form of massage incorporates stretching, traction, compression, rocking, and point work. Clients often describe a feeling of deep relaxation as well as renewed energy.?

Ashiatsu

Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique using deep strokes from the therapists' feet. It is performed on a massage table using oil, with the therapist using overhead bars for balance and leverage. This style uses minimal draping to allow for strokes along the full length of the body.

Cupping Session

Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage is performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. Session include aromatherapy, heat, guided meditation and energy work.
