I want to resolve Pain.

Massage is a sustainably coping mechanism that allows you to be your best self.

I have a BFA in Acting From College of Santa fe; where I took classes in the Alexander technique. It was a method acting program where I learned the mind body connection. 

I wanted to help reduce pain in the world so I got a Massage certificate from Cortiva Massage Institute in 2013. From 2013 to 2016 I worked at Chiropractic offices performing clinical deep tissue massages. I learned how to relieve the common "neck and shoulders tension" as well as how to deal with painful acute muscle dysfunctions.

I am currently getting my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine; which means everyday I'm learning new ways to help the body help its self.
