I came to Kyla with pain in my back, neck and shoulders that was affecting my mobility. She was attentive, kind and checked in with me throughout the massage. She explained why I had the pain in a way that was understandable and put my anxieties at ease by letting me know it was normal. Kyla took a holistic approach by taking in account my lifestyle and career, and gave me great suggestions to try at home to relieve tension. Kyla really takes the time to cater to your individual needs and changed the way I view massage therapy. This was the most relaxing and healing massage I’ve ever had.
