Initial assessment includes review of history, body alignment assessment, hands on assessment, goals and a 60 minutes Myofascial Release (MFR) treatment session. 聽MFR is a gentle hands on technique, therapist provides gentle prolonged & sustained pressure to a fascia restriction area in the body. 聽Benefits of myofascial release: pain relief, better sleep, improve range of motion, improve concentration and focus, feeling energetically centered and balanced, ability to relax and enjoy your life to its full potential! Clients who come in for MFR report decrease pain and improve overall wellness! (Please wear loose shorts and a tank top, no oil or lotion on your skin prior to session to prevent gliding).

I was in Las Vegas for work for a couple days with severe back pain. I was unsure about being treated away from home but, I was so glad I did! Mayra was very nice, very welcoming, and easy to be comfortable with. She knew right where to treat me and helped my back pain tremendously! I will definitely be visiting her again next time I am in Las Vegas!

I have been seeing Mayra for intense pelvic and bladder pain from an ovarian cyst which was removed 20 yrs ago. I have had this pain for many years due to scar tissue. I notice a reduction in pain as well as frequency after each visit. Also noticeable are other healing effects continuing long after the session is over. I am much more hopeful about a future without constant pain! Mayra is a highly skilled, compassionate, discreet and specialized Occupational Therapist -I would highly recommend anyone with pain or body restrictions to consider booking a session with her. Thank you Mayra!
