Lauren was amazing, she was professional and still kind. She explained everything and gave advice, which was extremely helpful for me to enjoy this experience. Lauren is so professional and understanding. I am 30+ weeks pregnant with a lot of pain and she knew exactly where to massage to take care of it. I loved the belly bolster. Baby felt happy in her extra space and I could breathe well. The space is calm, clean and inviting. Definitely will be back!

After many years of discomfort I decided to finally get a deep tissue and, man, I feel amazing! I left with a smile on my face. I can finally turn my head to the left without any tension, yay!! Thank you Lauren! I will absolutely be coming back.

Lauren listens and continually checks in throughout the service. I have a degenerative disc disease and need both knees replaced. I feel completely at ease as her expertise is apparent. She has a hydraulic table with built in heat that is a dream! After a session with her, I leave feeling absolutely stress free with no joint pain and great range of motion. I look forward to my monthly massages and am grateful to have found her.

Lauren was excellent. My massage was well needed and let me tell you, she got some pretty bad kinks out. The facial was so relaxing. Everything was just wonderful!
