This is a treatment-based massage practice (not relaxation), that focuses on acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain, in addition to, assisting people with various orthopedic conditions. Therapeutic Directions is not your typical massage practice. Together we'll establish a plan for your therapeutic growth, so you can live life more balanced, and obtain a deeper understanding of how to maintain your body.
