As a former Firefighter/Paramedic I have always enjoyed helping people. I graduated from the Medical Arts School of Massage Therapy in Raleigh, NC in 2005 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. The school was founded by a Doctor of Physical Therapy whose intent was to make sure that Massage Therapists were well trained in Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology and Pathology. I loved my experience at Ideal Massage. Ms. Paula knew that I hadn’t had a massage in a long time and asked me how the pressure was, at the beginning of each service, so that I could enjoy my massage. The atmosphere was peaceful, soothing, comfortable and inviting. Ms. Paula was very welcoming and nurturing.

I generally have muscle issues with my neck, shoulders, and back, and when I point out certain areas that have been problematic, attention is given, and relief follows shortly after.
I rely on Paula's techniques, knowledge, and understanding of where I need help, and which has helped me tremendously over the years in maintaining flexibility, and in reducing aches and pains.
