As a massage therapist I uses a variety of techniques to address each individual's needs, including: deep tissue, Swedish, Relaxation, trigger point, cupping, stretching and mobilization.

I become a massage therapist because I have personally felt these amazing effects from massage, I love helping others healing, relax and rejuvenate that puts a smile on their face I achieve optimal health.
