Shanda relieved so many tight spots in my neck and shoulders. She found the pain and inflammation and worked on that until I felt the tension relieve itself. I slept really well that night, better than I have for a long time.

It was a little more painful at the time. Impossible almost to relax AT ALL. The next day results though made it worth it for sure. I've come to understand that if a deep tissue massages gonna actually gain REAL RESULTS... unfortunately it HAS TO HURT at least a little more than might be comfortable. So if you can't deal with ow for the "wow" later, stick to a relaxing massage.

Yes. I have already recommended Shanda to family and friends. My daughter, grand daughter and myself had our first massage and we were all very pleased and look forward to our next session. It was an awesome session and I have no problems recommending Shanda to everyone I know.
