The muscles in my lower back have stayed balled up and were spasming regularly due to a 4 level spinal fusion I recently had. After 1 session the difference is like night and day. I will be going back for several more sessions to get those muscles back to pre-surgery shape.

Very nice settings, had a nice cup of tea before hand while enjoying her company . Massage started with a CBD treatment which I'd recommend. Very relaxing. Walked out after massage feeling rejuvenated.

Five stars across the board. Renae has a unique and special business model which makes you feel perfectly at home and at peace there in her chalet on the lake. It’s obvious that she pours her heart into her work and pays attention to details, ensuring that the time you’re there is meaningful, relaxing, helpful, soothing, and healing. This was the first time I’ve ever booked a professional massage for myself, but I think I’d be ruined for going anywhere else after the treatment I received! Her spa add ons are also wonderful, her aromatherapy is top notch, and she throws in so many little extra bonuses like tea! Will definitely be back :)
