About Sage + Salt Massage

Are you looking for a more therapeutic approach than the average spa massage? Then you've come to the right place! Sage + Salt is a professional massage therapy practice that encourages a holistic approach to healing. I listen to your concerns, find out your goals, and address the body as whole. If you've got stress or pain that just persists, therapeutic massage may be the answer. Our bodies are not "one size fits all" and your massage shouldn't be either.

Every session includes optional aromatherapy and guidance on stretching and care you can give yourself to lessen the stress or pain that brought you into the studio in the first place!
