This was my first experience with an Ashiatsu style massage, and my first time at Mantra Mindful Meditative Massage. Sherry had a very welcoming energy that allowed me to feel safe and calm from the moment I walked through the door. She held space for me to share the struggles I am currently facing as she was able to compassionately intuit how to best assist me on my healing journey. It was truly a Divine experience as we worked together to realign my energy flow. I left feeling relaxed, reset and ready to begin the next chapter. Sherrie is my go-to for Sarga bodywork. I frequent 5 different therapists for massage. Mantra is at the top of my list for rehab. Sherrie is caring, present, and intuitive when it comes to her clients. These qualities are manifest in her touch. I beat my body up at work and the gym, so I tend to book my sessions for the same reason. Pain relief. There has not been one experience where I have left a bodywork session and felt my needs were not addressed. If you are new to or even familiar with Sarga bodywork, I highly recommend booking a 90-minute session at a minimum with Sherrie. Anything less and you would be cheating yourself.
