I specialize in neck/ back pain and have extensive experience dealing with migraine/ headache management. My area of expertise is Trigger Point Therapy. I utilize this technique during my massages to break up stubborn areas of tension and pain in the body. I'm unique in the way I use Trigger Point without working outside the clients pain tolerance. I'm always in close communication with my clients and they are always in control. I have found this technique to be very beneficial to my success as a massage therapist.
