When it comes to massage therapy, really, I am not a healer at all. I am more of a physical motivator for your body to conduct its own healing. I help the body find relaxation which allows the muscles to make the connections needed for the true healing to come from within. I often help reduce anxiety and Depression in my calm and welcoming office. My physical Expertise is the whole body of course, but I find the most positive feed back from the Neck, the back and the hips. However, i have seen the most notable responses when focused on neck tension that refers pain to the head, neck, upper back, chest and arms while also disturbing our integral balance.
